Tibbers was a runt of Macy’s litter. He was smaller than his siblings. He was playful however did not take anything from his siblings when they would rough house with him. He could hold his own. His family fell in love with him almost immediately. He was adopted in February. Unfortunately his family reached out to the rescue after a few weeks to let us know Tibbers has Muscular Dystrophy. He was having trouble walking and stay on his feet. The vet said the disease is progessive and did not give him long to live. His family is heartbroken but will continue to care for him until his last breath. The rescue returned his adoption fee to help with vet cost and his end of life care. If you would like to donate to his care or assist in off set the over $4000 in diagnostic care his family has paid for, please let us know. All donations for Tibbers will go directly to his family.
