Rufus came into rescue from a shelter. He was not adoptable while in the shelter. He was at risk of losing his life. His foster family met him and took him home. They groomed him, loved him and showed him how to be a dog again. Then he met his forever family! They understood he was a handful and full of energy. They did not give up! Rufus is now in his forever home enjoying his best life!
