Max is an AKC-registered, unneutered male Saint weighing about 120lbs. His military family has stationed overseas and he was left behind at a shelter. Max is understandably confused, is distrustful of strangers, and is poorly suited for a shelter environment. While he has a positive history with the adults and children of his previous family, his recent separation warrants a very slow and careful introduction with an experienced adopter. Max is in need of a home with love and patience, and at 2 years old he has many years of joy ahead of him.
